Ashley Roberts, MHS, CPB

Director of Operations

 

Ashley Roberts serves as Director of Operations at Asheville Neurology Specialists, where she oversees the practice’s clinical, ancillary, and business operations, including human resources, revenue cycle management, and finance. Working closely with the practice’s leadership and care teams, she focuses on strengthening operational efficiency, supporting staff development, improving patient access, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered neurological care throughout Western North Carolina.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University in 2017 and her Master of Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Management from Western Carolina University in 2018. Her educational background provides a strong foundation for her leadership in healthcare operations and practice management.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors, taking trips to the beach, and making memories with her husband and their two children.
