Pre Register for your Appointments with Phreesia
The best way to help us better serve you is to Pre-Register prior to your appointments at our office. You will still need to check in at the front desk to let us know you are here, but there won’t be any time spent updating your information in line a the front desk.
Before your initial appointment at Asheville Neurology, you will be sent a link from firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: “Check-in online for your upcoming appointment.” The link will come to the email address you provided when getting scheduled for your appointment.
The first line of the e-mail will show the name and phone number of your doctor’s office.
The email will also show the date, time and location of your appointment.
Next, you will see a blue box with an orange “Click here to start” button.
Once you click on the button options take you to your Pre-Visit questionnaire, all your responses will be entirely private and secure.
You will see security questions confirming your date of birth, address and phone number. Once your phone number is confirmed, Phreesia will send you a code via voicemail or text that you must type in before proceeding.
You will be asked the types of health-related questions you would normally see on a clipboard in a crowded waiting room.
Consent forms will be provided, which you can sign using your mouse or touch screen.
If a balance or co-pay is owed for your visit, you may be able to make your payment in the comfort of your own home the day of your visit.
Connect to our Patient Portal
When you make your first appointment at Asheville Neurology Specialists, you will receive an email with an invitation to connect to our patient portal. Once you have a FollowMyHealth account, you can:
Review your medical record online
Communicate with providers via secure messaging
View test and lab results
Request Rx refills
Receive email care remindersRequest or change appointments
View and pay your bill
Request proxy accounts for children and other dependent
Click the registration link in the email your should have received from “email@example.com” after making your first appointment with us.
Follow the onscreen prompts to create your login and password. You will receive two emails after you set up your account: one welcoming you to the portal and one confirming your connections with our organization. You will then have 24/7, secure online access to your medical information!
If you already have a FollowMyHealth account with another medical office, instead of creating a new account, you will simply add our office as a connection on your existing account.
Open up the invitation that you received from your medical organization and click on the link to begin.
If you already have an existing FollowMyHealth account, select the “Sign in and add this connection” option.
