Ruth is available for appointments in our office on Wednesday mornings in order to provide our patients convenience and familiarity. In addition, neurological stat readings are available and interpreted onsite by Dr. Patton and/or Dr. Armstrong which provides our patients and referring physicians with expedited test results. Your neurologist may order a cerebrovascular ultrasound for indications or symptoms of conditions such as carotoid bruit, stroke, transient ischemic attack, altered mental status, syncope, incoordination of limbs, etc. The ultrasound is a non-invasive way to view blood flow to the brain.
